As a seasoned food scientist with a Master Degree in Food Science, I bring more than 15 years of hands on industry experience from large Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). I specialize in managing the entire food product development cycle, spanning from bench-top formulation to large-scale production. My expertise spans a wide range of product categories, including ready-to-drink beverages (RTD), ready-to-mix beverages (RTM), bakery items, and nutritional bars.
