My journey in food science began with a deep curiosity about how the products we consume every day are created—from the ingredients to the final taste and texture. After earning my Master’s degree in Food Science, I spent over 15 years working in both Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), learning the ins and outs of the entire food product development process. From hands-on bench-top formulation to overseeing large-scale production, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of product categories—ready-to-drink (RTD) and ready-to-mix (RTM) beverages, bakery items, nutritional bars, and more.
As my career evolved, I realized that the science alone wasn’t enough. I wanted to not only create great products but also understand how to bring them to market successfully. That’s why I pursued an MBA at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Armed with both technical expertise and business strategy, I knew I could help companies navigate the complexities of product development with a more holistic approach.
That’s when I founded InnoBite—a company dedicated to helping food businesses turn their ideas into reality. Whether it’s perfecting a cherished home recipe, diving deep into consumer preferences, or building an entirely new product from the ground up, my passion is helping food companies overcome every challenge along the way.
